On the First Strike T15 to switch from hopper fed to magfed all you need to do is twist the barrel to the corresponding position.

 2/What Paint can the FS T15 use?

The First Strike T15 can use round ball or FSR (First Strike Rounds). It is recommended that if you are using round ball, to use a paint that is consistently sized and is made for magazine fed markers, or has a hard shell.

 3/Is the First Strike T15 full auto?

Out of the box, no, the First Strike T15 is a semi-auto mechanical marker. However a full auto kit is available as an aftermarket upgrade!
