BFPGear.com ships orders from our warehouse in Modesto, California. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you receive your gear without delay.
Free Shipping
Orders of $29 or more qualify for free economy shipping within the United States. Some items may be excluded from free shipping, and exclusions will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Customers may choose upgraded or expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional cost.
Order Processing Time
Most orders placed before 3 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Some orders may take 1 to 2 business days to process.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or November and December holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time Estimates
Free economy shipping orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, with total delivery times averaging 7 to 9 business days depending on destination.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include order processing time or potential carrier related delays that are outside of our control.
Most carriers only guarantee delivery dates for overnight services.
If you need an order by a specific date, please select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Methods
If a shipping method other than economy shipping is selected at checkout, your order will be shipped using that method.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping charges are non refundable and cannot be changed, even if delivery occurs outside of the estimated timeframe.
Carriers do not refund shipping charges except for guaranteed overnight services.
Address Verification and Delays
Orders shipping to an address that differs from the billing address may be delayed up to 24 hours due to credit card verification procedures.
If there is an issue processing your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Returns and Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Returned orders will be charged the original shipping cost, even if free shipping was applied at checkout.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within California. Orders shipped outside California are not subject to California sales tax.
