Free economy ground orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) with a total delivery time of 7-9 business days depending on the location the item is being shipped to. If we are having a problem processing your order, we will send you an e-mail or try and reach you by phone. The order will be delayed if the order has a different ship to address than the billing address, this is due to the credit card verification process (up to 24 hour delay).
