Refund/Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at (Black Friday Paintball) We appreciate your business and we would like to make sure that you enjoy shopping with us. We are happy to exchange merchandise or return for store credit within the following guidelines:

The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please keep shipping time in mind for this time frame. We do not offer refunds to any form of original payment. Store Credit or exchange will be the only option available.

  • Please contact us via Email before sending in your return, you can advise what you are returning and the reason for the return in the email.
  • Tags must still be attached and the merchandise must be in the original packaging. Items must be in "NEW" condition (No odors, hair, body fluids, or other signs of wear).
  • No returns on sale items that have no returns in the product descriptions.
  • No returns on used or refurbished items.
  • Amount refunded will be minus whatever the costs of shipping were to get the item(s) to you whether you paid for shipping or it was free.
  • If you return an item you will be issued credit on a gift card which will be emailed to you.
  • Any new items that are sold via are subject to the manufacturer warranty only. If you have a problem with an item you should contact the original manufacturers Tech Support. *Please note: We make the final call whether the merchandise is returnable or not. If merchandise is determined to be damaged we will return it to you at your expense. If an item is deemed to be used, a credit will not be issued and you will need to provide a form of payment for us to send the item back to you. If a paintball gun has had any paint shot thru it, it is not returnable for any reason, operating issues would be covered under the warranty from the manufacturer.

Return Options

  • Exchange: BFPGear can exchange your item for another item. If you qualified for free shipping on your initial order, you will receive free shipping on the new item. In addition to the free shipping, we will waive the re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return postage back to us.

  • Account Credit: You may return your item for in-store (online) credit. By doing so, we will waive re-stocking fees. Original shipping charges will not be credited to your account. Account credit never expires!

    Canceled Orders

    If you cancel an order before it ships we will refund to your original form of payment. If cancelled after it ships you will have to return it at your expense and it will be store credit only.

    Defective Merchandise

    BFPgear does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect please reach out to us to discuss the issue and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

    Return Shipping Costs

    We will cover the shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong item. If it is the correct item that you ordered, but you wish to do a return, you must cover the cost of shipping. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.s on return items. In the case of a possible manufacturer defect / warranty issue, the buyer is responsible for the freight back to BFPgear, we will ship the repaired or replaced product back to you at our expense. Sometimes we can rectify problems over the phone making it so that items do not have to be shipped in when there are issues with performance. Any new items that are sold via are subject to the manufacturer warranty only. If you have a problem with an item you should contact the original manufacturers Tech Support. You are welcome to reach out to us first but we may direct you to contact the manufacturer.

    Returning A Package:

    • Before returning a package, simply e-mail us and we will let you know what to do from there. No returns will be accepted if you haven't contacted us first. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached.

    • Once advised by a BFPgear staff member to ship back the item please follow the instructions below:
      • Include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely.
      • Make sure the manufacturer's box is inside a box suitable for shipping. DO NOT SHIP IN THE MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL BOX!
      • For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to
