Refund/Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Black Friday Paintball! We appreciate your business and we would like to make sure that you enjoy shopping with us. We are happy to return or exchange merchandise within the following guidelines:

  • The merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please keep shipping time in mind for this time frame.
  • After 14 days, a store credit is issued minus the amount of shipping. We will not accept any returns after 28 days of receipt.
  • Please contact us via Email before sending in your return, at this time you can advise what you are returning and the reason for the return.
  • Tags must still be attached and the merchandise must be in the original packaging. Items must be in "NEW" condition (No odors, hair, body fluids, or other signs of wear)
  • No returns on sale items that have no returns in the product descriptions.
  • No returns on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS due to US Customs Regulations
  • Amount refunded will be minus whatever the costs of shipping were to get the item(s) to you whether you paid for shipping or it was free.
  • Any new items that are sold via are subject to the manufacturer warranty only. If you have a problem with an item you should contact the original manufacturers Tech Support. *Please note: We make the final call whether the merchandise is returnable or not. If merchandise is determined to be damaged we will return it to you at your expense. If an item is deemed to be used, a return will not be issued and you will need to provide a form of payment for us to send the item back to you. If a paintball gun has had any paint shot thru it, it is not returnable for any reason, operating issues would be covered under the warranty from the manufacturer.

Return Options

  • Exchange: Black Friday Paintball & Cyber Monday Paintball can exchange your item for another item. If you qualified for free shipping on your initial order, you will receive free shipping on the new item. In addition to the free shipping, we will waive the re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return postage back to Black Friday Paintball & Cyber Monday Paintball.
 *Please note: To ensure that you receive the item you wish to exchange for we encourage you to reorder that item, as we cannot always guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for upon the arrival of your return.
  • Account Credit: You may return your item for in-store (online) credit. By doing so, we will waive re-stocking fees. Original shipping charges will not be credited to your account. Account credit never expires!
  • Refund: You may return the item for an immediate credit back to your credit card or PayPal. You will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee & any original shipping charges that incurred. (See Return Shipping Costs below)

Canceled Orders
All orders canceled by the customer after shipment will have a 10% restocking fee subtracted from their refund amount and any shipping charges.

Defective Merchandise
Black Friday Paintball & Cyber Monday Paintball does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

Return Shipping Costs
We will reimburse you for shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong item. If it is the correct item that you ordered, but you still wish to do a return, you must cover the cost of shipping. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.s on return items. In the case of a manufacturer defect / warranty issue, the buyer is responsible for the freight back to Black Friday Paintball & Cyber Monday Paintball and we will ship the repaired or replaced product back to you at our expense. Sometimes we can rectify problems over the phone making it so that items do not have to be shipped in when there are issues with performance. Any new items that are sold via are subject to the manufacturer warranty only. If you have a problem with an item you should contact the original manufacturers Tech Support.

Returning A Package:

  • Before returning a package, simply e-mail us and we will let you know what to do from there. No returns will be accepted if you haven't contacted us first. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached. Please follow the instructions below.
  • Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. The manufacturer's box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. DO NOT SHIP IN THE MANUFACTURERS BOX!
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to
