BFPGear Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BFPGear.com. We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. By completing a purchase on BFPGear.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy and our Terms and Conditions.


Returns and Exchanges Overview

BFPGear accepts returns and exchanges on eligible new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only or exchanged for another item. Refunds are not issued back to the original form of payment, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

Store credit is delivered digitally via gift card and does not expire.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless BFPGear shipped an incorrect item.


Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be new and unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Item must show no signs of use, including odors, hair, body fluids, or wear

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Used or refurbished items
  • Paintball markers that have had paint fired through them
  • Paintballs

BFPGear reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets eligibility requirements.


Return Process

Before returning any item, customers must contact BFPGear by email to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns must include the original packing slip and be securely packaged. Manufacturer boxes must be placed inside a suitable shipping box and should not be used as the shipping container.

For your protection, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service. BFPGear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Store credit is delivered via digital gift card and does not expire.


Exchanges

BFPGear offers exchanges on eligible items.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the replacement item will also ship free of charge. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to BFPGear.


Canceled Orders

Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded to the original form of payment, minus a 3 percent cancellation fee.

If you need to edit or cancel an order before it ships, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by emailing admin@blackfridaypaintball.com with your order number or by replying directly to your order confirmation email.

We will make a reasonable effort to intercept the order prior to shipment but cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.

The cancellation fee reflects non refundable payment processing fees charged to BFPGear by payment providers including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Affirm, and similar services.

Orders canceled after shipment cannot be refunded to the original form of payment. These orders must be returned in accordance with this policy and will be issued store credit only once received, inspected, and approved.


Defective or Warranty Items

All new items sold by BFPGear are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.

If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us so we can review the issue. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s procedures, and replacement items are not guaranteed unless deemed necessary by the manufacturer.

For warranty related returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to BFPGear. When applicable, BFPGear will ship repaired or replaced items back to the customer at our expense.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If BFPGear ships an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and correct the order.

Items damaged during transit must be reported to BFPGear within 7 days of delivery. Customers must retain all original packaging and contents to allow for carrier inspection and claim processing.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact BFPGear directly to resolve any order issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated for orders that comply with this policy, including returns, cancellations, or shipping timelines, will be contested by BFPGear with supporting documentation.
