This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work on BFPGear.com. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Return and Refund Policy.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that has not yet been released or is not yet available to ship. Some pre-order items have estimated release dates, while others do not.
If an item is marked as a pre-order, it is not ready to ship. Please only place a pre-order if you are comfortable waiting for delivery.
We will provide updates to pre-order customers as delivery information becomes available.
Why pre-order instead of waiting?
Many paintball manufacturers release new products in limited quantities. Additional restocks can take time, and demand often exceeds supply.
Placing a pre-order allows you to secure your spot in line and increases the likelihood that you will receive the product as soon as it becomes available.
How accurate are pre-order arrival dates?
Manufacturers work to provide dealers with the most up to date production and shipping information. However, delays may occur that are outside of anyone’s control.
Unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, or global events may impact delivery timelines. For this reason, projected arrival dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of updated estimated arrival times.
How are pre-orders fulfilled?
Pre-orders are generally fulfilled in the order they are received.
Some products are released in stages or by variation such as color, size, or model. These variations may arrive at different times based on the manufacturer’s production schedule.
While we aim to fulfill orders based on order date, fulfillment order may vary depending on which product variations are received first.
Can I change my pre-order?
You may request changes to your pre-order, such as switching colors, sizes, or models. However, changing a pre-order will result in losing your original position in line.
The updated order will be treated as a new order, and fulfillment priority will be based on the date the change is made. Any deposit paid may be transferred to the updated order.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment and are subject to a 10 percent cancellation fee based on the price of the pre-ordered product(s).
Any pre-paid shipping fees will be refunded in full.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.
