Advanced Electronic Performance in the Gtek R Line
The Planet Eclipse 180R collection features electronic paintball markers designed for players who want high level performance, refined ergonomics, and advanced tuning options without stepping into a flagship price category. Positioned above the 170R and below the CS line, the 180R delivers tournament ready performance with modern upgrades throughout the platform.
This collection is ideal for competitive players and serious recreational players who want a marker that balances efficiency, smooth shot quality, and long term reliability.
Where the 180R Fits in the Gtek R Line
The 180R represents the next evolution of the Gtek R Line. It builds on the foundation of previous R models while introducing a redesigned drivetrain, upgraded electronics, and a premium barrel system. The result is a marker that offers performance and features closer to top tier models while maintaining the simplicity and durability Planet Eclipse is known for.
OP-R Core Drivetrain Performance
At the heart of the 180R is the OP-R Core drivetrain, sometimes referred to as OPR. This system is designed to deliver a smooth and consistent shot with improved air management and reduced recoil. It performs reliably across a wide range of paint qualities and playing conditions, making it well suited for tournament environments.
Advanced Electronics and Controls
The 180R features an advanced electronic control system with a clear display and intuitive menu navigation. Players can easily adjust firing modes, settings, and preferences while maintaining compliance with league rules. The electronic system is designed for consistency and ease of use during play.
Electronic Marker With Mechanical Conversion Option
The Planet Eclipse 180R is sold as an electronic paintball marker, but it is also compatible with an optional mechanical frame. This allows players to convert their electronic 180R into a fully mechanical marker using genuine Planet Eclipse components.
This flexibility makes the 180R a versatile platform for players who compete in both electronic and mechanical formats, or who want the option to switch between play styles without purchasing a separate marker.
Premium Barrel and Ergonomics
The 180R is equipped with a multi piece barrel system designed to accept precision bore inserts. This allows players to fine tune paint to bore matching for improved consistency and efficiency. Updated ergonomics, a low rise feedneck, and refined grip geometry contribute to a balanced and comfortable feel on the field.
