Empire FLO Tank Case - Product Review

Empire Paintball has been in the industry for over two decades, and have created paintball products for everyone out there. Whether you're an experienced player that wants to hone their skills and dominate, or someone that is wanting to get into the sport at an affordable price, there's a damn good chance you've seen or heard of Empire. Now with Empire trying to get into higher end equipment, namely the FLO and FLO Pro Regulator, they've come out with the FLO Tank Case. Other companies have tank cases available, but the Empire FLO brings some awesome features that aren't commonly found in others. With that said, let's take a look at one!

Are tank cases necessary? Do I need one?

They're not needed or necessary, but protecting your equipment goes a long way. The Empire FLO Tank Case will do just that, while also providing some extra space for parts, tools, lubricant, or another air tank regulator! In general, tank cases are great to have if you fly out to events since you'll have the ability to store your bottle and regulator.

Ah okay. So what makes the FLO Tank Case so special?

What sets this tank case apart from the others is how much stuff you can take with you! The inside is red with molded fittings to hold a bottle and a regulator. We managed to fit an HK Army Alpha Air 88ci tank in there, as well as a Powerhouse Longbody regulator. There's also a small pouch on the inside that can hold another regulator, tools, spare parts, etc. With the amount of internal storage you get, it's extremely helpful with saving space, or traveling. Of course, there's also the protective aspect of the case. A gorgeous carbon fiber wrapped design that is tough and durable, you won't have any worried about your equipment inside getting damaged at all.

Closing Remarks

With the Empire FLO Tank Case being a little bit more expensive than other tank cases, the price is justified. At $27.95 (as of 04-23-2025), the extra storage is an awesome perk that this tank case boasts. I think the only gripe that I would personally have with the FLO Tank Case is that there isn't a carry handle at all, but that's something that I can easily overlook.
